You connect your account
You sign in with your own Instagram professional account through Instagram's official permission window and grant Dreambiggg access to the comments on your posts. We never see or store your Instagram password. You remain the owner of your account throughout.

New comments appear in your dashboard within seconds. The software reads the comment text and sorts it into a category so your team knows what needs attention.

Review the suggested response, edit it if you want, and send. Or write your own, or handle it inside Instagram as usual. The software suggests; your staff decide.

You can disconnect at any time
Removing Dreambiggg's access takes one click, either from your dashboard or from Instagram's own settings under Apps and websites. Access stops immediately, and you can ask us to erase everything we hold.

Dreambiggg accesses Instagram data through Meta's official Instagram API, and only for accounts whose owners have granted permission. We request the minimum permissions needed to deliver the service.
