Delete your data
You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, and you can cut off our access to your Instagram account yourself without contacting us first.
Stop access immediately
You do not need our permission to disconnect. In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Dreambiggg, and select Remove. We stop receiving any data from your account the moment you do this.
Removing access stops future collection. If you also want the data we already hold erased, send us a deletion request below.
If you are a Dreambiggg client
- Email privacy@dreambiggg.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Tell us the Instagram username of the account you want removed.
- We will confirm within 3 business days and delete all data associated with that account within 30 days.
If you commented on a client's post
If you left a comment on a business's Instagram post and want your comment data removed from our systems, email privacy@dreambiggg.app with the Instagram account you commented on and your own Instagram username. We will delete it within 30 days.
Note that we cannot delete the comment from Instagram itself — only the copy held in our systems. To remove the comment from Instagram, delete it from your own account.
What gets deleted
- Account details and profile information
- Access tokens
- Stored comments and messages
- All suggested and sent replies
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
